I performed a conditions assessment and developed a report for this historic movie theatre that is one of only a few remaining examples of movie palaces of the early 20th century in Oregon. The building was in need of repairs as well as accessibility and seismic upgrades. Because the building was owned and operated by non-profit Film Action Oregon, it was critical to understand phasing opportunities to allow for fundraising efforts.
